ADHD symptoms and resources

To make a diagnosis of ADHD, your child's doctor will consider the information you provide and, in some cases, input from your child's teacher or other school professionals as well. Take a few moments to complete the checklist so you can provide a detailed description of your child's symptoms to his or her doctor.
